About Crackin' Claw
Located at Woodward Village in a row of diverse restaurant and shops (Vons). Crackin' Crab Claw specializes in Louisiana dishes, specifically Cajun cooking from the southwestern part and Creole cooking from New Orleans.
Extensive study was made in other southern states, like Mississippi, which inspired our menu. Further research also revealed that most of their favorites, like Gumbo, Jambalaya, the Po' Boy Sandwich, Boudain Sausages are only common in name. Restaurants and family home cooking have various styles and techniques mostly secret from each other.
At Crackin' Crab Claw all our ingredients are from the south, including live crawfish from New Orleans if available. We are proud to introduce to you our version of Southern cooking and original Louisiana products.
